It can be hard not to fall under the spell of sweetness when you meet a baby animal. From a kitten’s silent meows to a puppy’s playful spirit, how could anyone resist them?
The answer is simple: we don’t! Even the best of us fall victim to cuteness aggression sometimes, which is why we completely understand what’s happening in @fluffandfeatherfarm heartwarming June 8 video. The dog mom and farm owner can’t stop smooching a tiny puppy, and the little one’s reaction couldn’t be cuter.

I’ve never seen a puppy’s tail wag so fast before! If she hadn’t been holding him, that little baby might have taken off like a helicopter. Fortunately, all four paws are still here on Earth, where this palm-sized puppy can get all the love and affection in the world.
“The way I would cancel all my plans and just kiss this little cutie all day!” one commenter gushed. I think you’d be waiting in line for a turn with this baby! Every dog parent I know would be chomping at the bit for a chance to hold a puppy as tiny as this little boy, and his human mama always has first dibs.

Some viewers couldn’t get over the happy dog‘s wagging tail, while others fell head-over-heels for the puppy’s crossed feet. For me, it’s the newborn’s tiny size that has me nearly in tears! I would melt if I saw a puppy this small in person, and I know his human mama feels the same way.
Puppy Socialization
Puppy kisses may heal a person’s heart and put a smile on their face, but it actually has a benefit for the puppy, too. Being held, hugged, pet, and kissed are all great ways to socialize a young puppy and help them get used to human touch. The more they’re exposed to at a younger age, they more they tolerate as an adult!
If that’s not the perfect excuse to snuggle a puppy, I don’t know what is.
