We all should try to be as happy as Ming! The rescue elephant is happy as a clam in a new video shared by animal rescuer Aaron Jackson. Her joy is enough to make a person tear up. The elephant was so pleased while splashing around in the water. And now people online are cheering the sweet creature on.
It’s bath time! Ming is the most special animal we’ve ever seen. The happy girl was all smiles as she gave herself a good scrubbing in the river.

Is there anything like a nice bath on a hot day? To an elephant that must be like Heaven. Which is why Ming was so darn happy to be hanging out in the water. The elephant is finally free. And sometimes freedom looks like taking a bath without fear of anything bad happening. Success!

“Ming just loving her new life as a free elephant,” Jackson wrote in the video’s caption. “She goes down to the river everyday with my friend Flo. They have such a special relationship.” Just imagine — daily baths! What a treat!
People in the comments section were getting emotional over Ming’s happy bath.
“Elephants are sentient beings. The evidence is overwhelming. No animal should be kept in confinement for the amusement of humans. Ever,” wrote one commenter.
