If you watched Evan Peters and his chilling portrayal of Jeffrey Dahmer in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, you probably know how great of a performance it was. And you realize how shocking it was that a simple pair of very specific eyeglasses somehow played a huge part in transforming him from hunky, normal guy into a full on psychopath.
Apparently, this eyeglass trick works on cats, as well. I’ve never seen such a cute, cuddly, cat morph into creepiness personified.

Yes, this is such a beautiful buff Persian cat who, once they’re outfitted with a pair of glasses, somehow manages to look just like Evan Peters playing Jeffrey Dahmer in the hit Netflix show. It’s 6 seconds.
There’s audio paired up with it that coincides exactly with the cat moving its mouth. It’s unsettling. It’s hilarious. It’s art. And I’m also not really sure if I needed to see this, or if it’s exactly what I needed.

I like my true crime, but never has my true crime world and my cat world collided. The resemblance is uncanny. From the dispassionate stare to the creepy sandwich, this fluff ball somehow channels “Signs Of A Psychopath” while appearing to mew the word “Why?”
His fluffy face is screaming “cuddle me” but his overall vibe is telling me there’s something nasty in that sandwich. Is this cat possessed? Is he acting? Are they just a modern cat experiencing true crime fatigue while his owner binged way too many episodes of The First 48?
I don’t know. I don’t have the answers, but I’m entirely too intrigued and I’m not comfortable with it. But I love this cat desperately, anyway!
