Never underestimate the kindness of animals. They can be accepting of one another in a way that we humans can often only dream of. Especially when animals of two different species are concerned.
Those interactions, and the deep connections that they spark, are the stuff that Disney movies are made of. They show that kindness does not have limits when open hearts are concerned.
And that’s what made this encounter between this blind and deaf dog and a stray kitten so heartwarming. When you see them become instant besties, you will know what it means to experience a deep connection.
At first, this big, fluffy dog could sense that there was something different about his home. He likely smelled the presence of a new animal, and it put him a little on edge.
At first, he wiggled around and growled a little bit like a playful rascal who wasn’t sure if someone was trying to play a joke on him.

But after a moment, he calmed down and took a seat on his favorite cushion. The stray kitten, who had been watching the dog from a distance, sensed that this was a good time to introduce himself.
So, he slowly made his way over to the large canine, who sniffed around to figure out who was approaching him. This cat was instantly comfortable around this dog, snuggling up to him. Unsurprisingly, this blind and deaf dog was instantly smitten with his kitten’s affection.
We think that these two are going to have a very beautiful friendship! As this other video shows, this big dog, who goes by the name of Bumper, is a very loving companion for his humans.
Just look at how excited he gets once he realizes that one of them has come home. He is just a big, fluffy baby who has so much love to give.
Clearly, Bumper and this stray kitty are very lucky to have found each other, and we hope to see many more adorable videos of them as their friendship continues to blossom.
