Have you ever had a cat or dog whose appearance doesn’t quite match the way they sound or act? Pablo is a Siberian cat who, according to his mom, looks just like a lion. But when he opens his mouth to speak, what comes out definitely doesn’t match his tough-looking exterior!
Make sure your sound is on so that you can hear what Pablo has to say, and the tiny little voice that comes out of the fluffy lion. It’s the cutest thing you’ll listen to today! We bet you listen more than once, too!

We could watch this on repeat because Pablo is too cute! His mom says in the video’s caption, “Pablo becomes a real baby real fast once you come close…”

Why Do Cats Meow?
All cats meow; it’s just that some do it louder or more often than others. A cat meows for a variety of reasons – it’s their primary form of communication, and just like when a dog barks or a toddler cries, different meows mean different things.
If you’ve ever had a baby, you know that you come to learn that different cries mean different things. One cry indicates they’re hungry while another might mean they need a nap. Same thing with cats. Catster explains that cats have eight different meows that you might hear if you have a feline friend. They include the now meow, low, mid, and high-pitched meows, short and long meows, multiple meows, and a chirp.
Our favorite was how they described the ‘now’ meow, “The now meow is one you might here when your cat is being impatient. “When you hear this meow, you’ll know it because it may sound like your kitty is saying “Now” rather than “mrow”. And this meow likely means exactly what it sounds like—kitty wants something now!”
You’ll probably hear the now meow when your kitty is hungry, and the meow doesn’t stop until you finally feed them! You might also hear it when your cat sees something it wants, like a toy, a squirrel, or other wildlife outside.
