Even the sweetest pets can have an attitude sometimes. Whether they’re begging for a bite of pizza or refusing to listen to their parents, their sass is endlessly entertaining (and adorable). And it sure doesn’t hurt that their attitude often gets them what they want, too!
Tennessee, the Nashville-living orange cat, knows how to use his sass to his advantage. He used his attitude and his chunky size to protest going indoors in the funniest way, though his mama is less than amused with his antics.
Luckily, this fat cat‘s fans are incredibly amused! Tennessee has racked up over a million views in just two days since the June 1 video was posted, and it’s safe to say that his stardom isn’t over yet.

What a character! This chunky cat knows exactly what to do to keep Mom from carrying him inside, though, thanks to his extra weight, he doesn’t have to do much at all. Even if she wasn’t filming, this cat mom may not even have caught and carried him with two hands!

“Tennessee, is this lady bothering you?” a commenter named Lauren asked. LOL, that’s sure what it seems like! Normally, nosy cats are the ones bugging their humans, but this duo proved that it can be the other way around.
If this indoor/outdoor cat had his way, he’d spend the whole day sunbathing, but his mama always prioritizes his safety. When she has to go to work, he has to go inside! This is the definition of responsible pet ownership, but Tennessee couldn’t care less.
Orange Cat Markings
Even though some people think that all orange cats look the same, this funny feline proved that this isn’t the case. Like one of the top commenters noticed, “he’s got his bikini on!” Cats can have unique fur coloring on any part of their bodies, though if you look closely, you’ll see that their orange tabby coats are slightly different, too.
Orange cats may also have lighter-colored areas of fur on their faces or paws, though it can take some studying to tell similar cats apart. When in doubt, color-coded collars can always help! No two cats are the same, after all, even if they don’t have a fancy ‘bikini’ or big attitude like Tennessee!
