You don’t know it yet, but watching Filbert, the most rambunctious Boston Terrier we have ever seen, discover and play in a tiny little dog pool is the cute chaos that your life has been missing.
As you might expect, this video is total cuteness overload. Don’t watch it unless you have nothing else to do all day, because once you lay eyes on Filbert, he won’t want to do anything else.
At first, Filbert decides to jump right in, but he doesn’t really swim around in the pool so much as he attempts to “eat” the water.
Then, for some reason unbeknownst to us, maybe it’s because he is a Boston Terrier and a Boston Terrier is gonna Boston Terrier, he decides to hop out of the pool and start attacking its walls.
After going a few rounds with the pool walls, Filbert decides to start hopping in and out of the pool like the most excited little bunny. Eventually, all that hopping makes him tired.

He then decides to just chill and lie down in the nice, cool water for a moment. But it’s not long before he does something that is hilariously on point for his breed and starts attacking the pool walls once again.
That endeavor ends once his human calls him out, he realizes he has been caught, and hops back out of the pool like a bunny once more!
As this other video shows, Filbert, along with his Boston Terrier sibling, the ever-adorable Olive, are always up for an adventure. Throughout this video, they visit all kinds of gorgeous hiking trails, see a river, and even explore the depths of a canyon!
Talk about seeing the great outdoors and having one heck of a summertime adventure! We think it’s safe to say that Filbert knows what it takes to live his best life!
And we hope that every dog, and that dog’s human, will have the opportunity to do the same, enjoying all the majestic beauty that Mother Nature has to offer!
