If you’ve ever wondered if your cat could survive in the wilderness, the answer is probably a big fat no. Just take a look at the way one cat didn’t show any survival instincts when his human’s “cuteness aggression” kicked in. He just let it happen. Thank goodness his mama was around to “save” his life.
Have you ever just stared at your pet? No really. Just looked at them and admired how truly adorable they are? We’re sure it happens all the time. So of course one man couldn’t help it when his worst instincts took over.

At first the clip seems so innocent and sweet. It was just a man holding the sweetest little blond kitten. What a cutie! Of course, he couldn’t resist giving the cat a few smooches on the face. But then things took a hilarious turn.
The man opened his mouth and lowered the cat’s head inside. Have no fear, it was all in good fun. But it’s a good reminder that there’s a reason why they call it cuteness aggression.

“No! No! Get him out!” the cat’s mama, Anna, yelled from behind the camera. Guess she knew where this was going. But again, it was all for laughs.
“When the cuteness aggression kicks in,” she joked in the video’s caption.
People in the comments section were cracking up. The poor cat didn’t put up a fight, not one bit. It’s like he had no idea that he was possibly done for.
“Cat: ‘9 lives bro, go for it,’” joked one person in the comments section.
“THAT CAT HAS NO SURVIVAL INSTINCTS,” another person exclaimed.
“The cat was like ‘this isn’t the first time this has happened,’” teased another person.
While another commenter could relate a little too much: “Gawd this is me. The way my daughter has caught me with her cat in my mouth is insane. My cuteness aggression is absolutely ridiculous,” they wrote.
It has to be said; even though your cat may not protest cuteness aggression, it’s probably best not to put their heads in your mouth. Ya’ know, just in case.
