If there’s one thing dogs love to do, it’s eat. Hank the English Bulldog is no exception, as you’ll see in this video that TikToker Alisa11028 shared at the end of June. It’s cracking everybody up!
Hank is sitting in the backseat of the car with his toddler brother. The video overlay explains that they’ve been working with Hank to train him to leave the kids alone while they are eating. He starts off strong, really strong! Watch to the end to see if Hank gets a treat for being such a good boy.

Well that didn’t go as planned! Hank started out like a champ, ignoring his brother’s food and showing more self-control than I have when I’m hungry! But things took a turn for the worse when Hank couldn’t stand it anymore and stole his brother’s sandwich!

Hank the English Bulldog Made People LOL
Viewers got a kick out of Hank and Alisa’s video and in just one day have left more than 9 thousand comments, and some of them were laugh-out-loud funny. Like this one from @CleopatraBrown, who got more than 72 thousand likes when she joked, “In all fairness to Hank, your son was taking too long. LOL!”
@Ray Trujillo pointed out, “Hank is battling demons right now…” @2See agreed, “Hank did a cost/benefit analysis and decided the benefit of eating the sandwich outweighed the cost of your wrath. LOL!” @Damien Trevino added, “You could see him thinking it through for a moment. His intrusive thoughts won out!”
Commenter @Dee shared, “Hank rewarded himself for being a good boy!” Another commenter said, “Hank said, ‘Imma good boy, BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH!’ ha ha!”
There are always a few party poopers in the crowd. @JCGC143 said, “So sorry but IMHO this is bad – he is a dog and by accident a little finger might be included with that snack and then where are we – please don’t set him up to fail.”
@A Person chimed in with a helpful suggestion, “You need to give him high-value treats when he doesn’t grab the food. Every time he looks away from the food, give him a treat. Over time, he will ignore the food humans have if he knows he might get his favorite treat instead.” They’re not wrong, but they kind of killed the joke when they got so serious about it!
