Woahhhh, Nelly! Are those horses or are they dogs? That’s what people wanted to know about a pair of Irish Wolfhounds who had them convinced they were at the stables. The dogs were huge! They were so big in fact that some people joked they thought they were looking at two extra-large horses.
Some may say these two pups are too big but we say…neigh! They’re actually the perfect size. Just take a look at a video their mama posted on TikTok which shows her merely attempting to get her Irish Wolfhounds on the couch with her.

With dogs these large, getting them on the couch was no easy task. They looked like they were bigger than their mom! The video shows the dogs slowly making their way onto the sofa with her.

It didn’t help that the dogs were a little energetic too! They were completely unfocused in the task. But don’t worry, it doesn’t seem like Mom minded too much. She was cracking up when one of the dogs took things a little too far and almost knocked her back. It’s totally normal when you have two Irish Wolfhounds.

People in the comments section were so obsessed with the Irish Wolfhounds. They loved them and their big size!
“I severely underestimated the size of a Wolfhound,” one commenter admitted.
“Exactly how I pictured Sirius Black to look as an animagus,” someone else joked.
“I think you need a bigger couch,” teased one commenter.
“The thing about dogs is they don’t really realize they’re no longer the right size to be lap dogs,” one person pointed out.

This has us wondering — how big are Irish Wolfhounds anyway? The answer is eye-opening! Irish Wolfhounds are the tallest of all dog breeds. Males tend to be a minimum of 32 inches at the shoulder. And if they were to stand they’d be 7 feet tall! Making them some seriously large pups.
