The Cincinnati Zoo recently announced that its new otter pups’ eyes are now open! These precious little babies go by the names of Ripple, Splash, Puddles, and Scuttle.
And as we are sure you can imagine, these rambunctious pups are a handful, LOL. They may have only just opened their eyes, but they are already ready to take on the world, or at least explore their enclosure space when their parents aren’t corralling them.
Well, if this isn’t total cuteness overload, we don’t know what is! These tiny otter pups’ precious little squeaks couldn’t possibly be any cuter.
And aren’t they just the most playful bunch of adorable little rascals you have ever seen? They are just having the best time, climbing all over each other and squeaking up a storm as they roll around in the hay and figure out how to use their tiny legs to roam around.
Of course, their parents are closely supervising them. They are vigilant about cleaning them, licking them until they are fur is spotless. Like any good parents, they also put their children in place from time to time.
One little pup in particular keeps getting brought back to the same spot in the hay. Maybe they are on a timeout?
Perhaps they are mischievous little fur child, and mom or dad is trying to teach them how to behave? We are sure a lot of human parents could relate to that one, LOL.
As this other video shows, these adorable otter pups are getting plenty of opportunities to bond with their parents, Flounder and Munti. Unsurprisingly, these little otter pups can be just as chaotic as they are cute.
They just love climbing all over each other and squeaking like there is no tomorrow. But hey, we are not complaining at all because this is about as precious as it gets!
Watching these little cuties bond with each other and with their parents is nothing short of life-affirming, wholesome goodness.
Whoever is in the Cincinnati area and will get to see these precious little otter pups in person when their exhibit opens is super lucky. If these videos are any indication, they had better prepare themselves to experience total cuteness overload!
