Pugs are always up for an adventure. Or at least Frankie the Pug is. Recently, Frankie and her human mama went on a kayaking adventure.
Now, as you might imagine, this is a pretty big adventure for a very small dog. But make no mistake, Frankie was totally up for it!
From the get-go, Frankie was so excited to be kayaking with her mom. When she asked her little fur baby if she was ready to get on the water, Frankie responded with a sneeze, which this video translates as being dog for “sure.”
Now, don’t worry, Frankie’s mom was a responsible dog parent, making sure that Frankie was wearing a properly fitting lifejacket before taking her out on the water. And boy, oh boy, oh boy, did Frankie have a great time!

Did she get wet? Why, of course! But Frankie didn’t mind. She was just happy to sit on her human mama’s lap and enjoy a beautiful day out on the water.
And of course, Frankie was such a well-behaved fur baby that her mama rewarded her with some precious loving kisses!
This other video, which was taken before Frankie’s kayaking ride, shows her mama getting her ready by putting her lifejacket on. Her mom asked her if she would be a good fur child this time and not jump out of the boat.
In spite of Frankie’s somewhat mischievous look away when her mama said this, as the first video showed, she did not attempt to jump out of the kayak this time.
Overall, we think it’s safe to say that this adorable little Pug definitely had a cute day out on the water. Frankie really knows how to get out there and live it up, having a good old-fashioned summertime adventure!
