It is no secret that some animals are more graceful than others. Gazelles, for example, are particularly elegant runners whereas emus are not! The same is true of dogs. Greyhounds are the epitome of grace, while Goldendoodles are not!
Nisse, who is now a much more graceful 8 years old, struggled to keep his legs and body moving at the same speed when he was younger. His human recently shared a hilarious video of the poor guy taking a major spill as a teenager and let’s just say – we’re glad he’s okay!
Most puppies go through a period of clumsiness, and unfortunately some struggle more than others. Doodles are notorious for their lack of coordination, especially in their adolescent days. As Nisse and his fellow four-legged friend were running through some rough terrain he attempts to jump over an uneven patch of land.
As his mom explains in the comments, he had just made the jump the day before, and she was taking a video to show his dad his success. Well, things didn’t go as planned for Nisse, and he wound up taking one on the chin, literally!
Although he was clearly ready for the impending jump, his calculations were not quite right. He launched too soon, and therefore, his landing was a hard one. He appears to recover nicely, and Mom assures us that he is now a thriving eight-year-old fur baby with tons more style and grace!

Many viewers were concerned about his welfare, and again, they were reassured that this was several years ago, and he is absolutely fine!
Other fans definitely saw the humor in the slow-mo video of Nisse’s epic digger and commented things like:
“I love the confidence lil’ biddy had, but just a couple of centimeters off!”
“He floofed the landing!”
“That was all planned. He was going for the sympathy from everyone.”
“They’re like my two Irish setters – one coordinated, and one lacking brain cells!!! Hahahaha!!”
The teenage years can be tough on both humans and animals. It is called the awkward stage for a reason – but more often than not, even the least coordinated ones find solid ground eventually!
